Saturday 21 August | The well-known Dutch appetite for substantial, straightforward but incredibly tasty fare was showcased at the Museum on Saturday. We joined Auckland's Dutch community for a cooking demonstration for Poffertjes, traditional Dutch batter treats like small fluffy pancakes. Visitors sampled the poffertjes followed by performances from the Auckland Dutch Dancers.
